Chef M. Karlos Baca is the founder of Taste of Native Cuisine, an Indigenous chef cooperative, created in connection with the Southern Ute Cultural Center & Museum in 2011 to help revitalize Native food traditions through education, foraging, and Indigenous tasting menus.

This workshop is provided FREE thanks to the La Plata Conservation District and grant from the Colorado State Conservation Board Natural Resources Matching Grants Program.
