3:00 - 7:45 pm VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: Have an understanding of the event, schedule, and activities. Manage volunteers throughout the event. Required to meet with Mia at least once before day of event.
3:30 - 5:00 pm SET UP: Assist with setting up tables, signs, etc. (2 people needed)
4:30 - 7:00 pm KIDS ACTIVITIES: You will be provided with all materials necessary.
4:45 - 7:00 pm FLOATER: Greet musicians, walk around and see if other volunteers need help, bring other volunteers pie, etc.
6:45 - 7:45 pm TAKE DOWN: Take down tables, signs, etc. Clean up pie tables. (2 people needed)
