3:00 - 4:00 pm SET UP: Assist with setting up tables, signs, etc. (2 people needed)
3:00 - 6:45 pm VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: Have an understanding of the event, schedule, and activities. Manage volunteers throughout the event. Required to meet with Mia at least once before day of event. BONUS: You get at TGP T-shirt
3:30 - 6:00 pm KIDS ACTIVITIES: You will be provided with all materials necessary. BONUS: You get a TGP T-shirt!
3:30 - 6:00 pm FLOATER: Greet musicians, walk around and see if other volunteers need help, bring other volunteers pie, etc. BONUS: You get a TGP T-shirt!
5:45 - 6:45 pm TAKE DOWN: Take down tables, signs, etc. Clean up pie tables. (2 people needed)
