Scholarship Application

Please return registration form with payment (cash, check, or scholarship form) to your school's front office by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND


 

Dirt Club

Grades 1st - 4th

Elementary students will engage in weekly themes focused on gardening, cooking and art through fun-filled, hands-in activities in the school garden!

Needham Elementary

Thursdays from 3:00-4:30pm

September 8th-October 13th

Location: Meet at Needham School Garden, pick up at Needham School Garden (corner of Arroyo Dr. and Columbine Dr.)

Park Elementary

Wednesdays from 3:00-4:30pm

September 7th-October 12th 

Location: Meet at the Learning Preserve, pick up in front of the school on 6th avenue 

Riverview Elementary

Tuesdays from 3:00-4:30pm 

September 6th-October 11th 

Location: Meet near the office - students will walk with the educator to the Ohana Kuleana Community Garden (OKCG), pick up at OKCG at 564 E 30th street 

 

Garden Squad

Dates for Garden Squad have been pushed back a week, the updated dates are below:

Grades 6th - 8th 

Middle school students will learn what it takes to grow fresh food, harvest and take care of school garden produce through hands-on, delicious activities in the school garden!

Miller Middle

Thursdays from 3:35pm- 5:00pm 

September 15th-October 20th

Location: Meet at Miller School Garden (behind the school, between the bike path), pick up at Miller School Garden

 


  A healthy snack will be provided each afternoon

Cost: $60.00 for six weeks

*Unlimited scholarships available
